Katie Rössler has 10 years of experience as a licensed counselor working with couples and individuals to improve how they live their lives. She currently works in Munich, Germany as a couples therapist helping couples from different cultures grow stronger in their relationships. Katie is a writer and speaker and has a passion for helping relationships thrive. As a wife and mom to two toddler girls, Katie knows that creating new, healthy habits can be a challenge but are crucial to having a succesful life and positive connections.

How long is the program and how much time will it take?
The program is 30 days but you are self-paced with how many modules you do a day. Participants have found that it takes 15-20 minutes per module to watch the video and complete the workbook page(s) assigned.

What is expected of me for the program?
That you come into it willing to learn and improve your experience in your home and family. The videos are there for you to watch, and you can choose to add to the discussions or not for each day. The workbook can be printed out or just followed along with in a journal of your own to save on printing.

What support will I receive?
Beyond the discussion section of this course, you will have access to a private Facebook group allowing you to ask questions and share feedback with other past and current students. You will also be able to email Katie throughout the 30 days with any personal questions you have as you complete the program.
